Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed. It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, racing may request identity verification documents such as a National ID, passport, or other valid documents at any time. racing reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for security-related reasons. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
For account security, it is recommended to change your password regularly and use a strong one. racing will never ask for your password or PIN via email or SMS — treat any such message with caution. For any account-related issues, please reach out to our customer support team.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
All users must act honestly, fairly, and responsibly while using the racing platform. Cheating other users, tampering with the system, or any attempt to circumvent platform rules is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if warranted.
The use of bots, automated scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. If a user exploits a technical error or system vulnerability to gain an undue benefit, racing reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and withhold the associated funds. All games and betting activities are expected to involve genuine human participation.
Using the racing platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh. Users may not post, share, or distribute any unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content on the platform. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on racing are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been specified. Withdrawal requests generally take between 24 and 72 hours to process, and may be delayed until verification is complete. For transactions flagged as suspicious, racing may request supporting documents for additional verification.
Claiming bonuses and promotional offers requires meeting specific wagering requirements, which will be stated individually for each offer. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly, but will be converted to real balance once the applicable conditions are met. racing reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse or any form of fraud is detected.
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, racing reserves the right to correct the discrepancy. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Racing reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason. An account may be closed if there is a breach of terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or proven money laundering. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned after the required verification process is completed, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the account will be deactivated after any remaining balance has been withdrawn. For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, racing may apply a maintenance fee in accordance with its policy, and users will be notified in advance.
Racing may amend, update, or add new provisions to these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms, so users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, all remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect. Any dispute between racing and a user will first be addressed through mutual negotiation, and mediation may be pursued if necessary.
